We’re excited to host your special event at Serene Retreat & Social Spa at our Campbelltown, NSW location.
Please review our booking terms below before making a reservation.
1. Exclusive Venue Hire
All bookings are for exclusive use of the venue during your event.
2. Minimum Guest Requirement
A minimum of 6 guests is required for all bookings.
3. Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm and secure your booking.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event: Full refund of deposit.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event: 50% of deposit refunded.
Cancellations made within 3 days of the event: No refund.
5. Package Changes
Requests to change packages or booking details must be made at least 24 hours before the event.
6. Custom Packages
Package customisation may be available upon request and is subject to availability.
7. Food Allergies
Please notify us of any food allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking.
8. Additional Services
